Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 – Update on acquisition

This is further to our letter bearing reference no. HQ/CS/CL.24B/17535 dated June 28, 2023 under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, whereby we had informed the Exchanges that Tata Communications Limited (“TC India”), had entered into an agreement to acquire Kaleyra Inc. (“Target” or “Kaleyra”) a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, and listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: KLR).

As an update, we would like to inform that Kaleyra has provided a 10 days written notice of the Anticipated Merger Effective Date along with timing of filing the Certificate of Merger and completion to NYSE, the details of which are as under:

Anticipated Merger Effective Date :	October 5, 2023
Timing of Filing of Certificate of Mergerand Completion:	Prior to the opening of Market on October 5,2023 (NYSE).
