A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 , inter-alia , to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ending on June 30, 2022.
In accordance with the ‘Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its Designated Persons regarding the closure of the trading window from Friday, June 24, 2022 to Thursday, August 11, 2022 (both days inclusive).
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, we would like to inform that an Analysts’ Call on the Audited Standalone and Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the first quarter ending on June 30, 2022 would be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 , details of which are enclosed herewith.
