Tat Gıda, oluşturduğu sürdürülebilirlik stratejisi doğrultusunda kısa ve uzun vadeli hedef belirleme çalışmalarına başlamış olup, hedeflerin nihai durumunu ilerleyen dönemlerde kamuyla paylaşmayı hedeflemektedir. Tat Gıda, Koç Holding hedeflerine paralel şekilde; Şubat 2022’de kabul edilen Yönetim Kurulu Çeşitlilik Politikası uyarınca, Yönetim Kurulu’nda kadın üye oranını her zaman en az %25 seviyesinde tutmayı hedeflemektedir. Aynı zamanda Tat Gıda, Koç Holding’in yürüttüğü, aşağıdaki hedefi kapsayan Karbon Dönüşüm Programı içerisinde yer almaktadır. “Koç Holding 2050 karbon nötr hedefi doğrultusunda Kapsam 1 ve Kapsam 2 sera gazı emisyonlarını 2017 referans yılına göre 2030 yılında %27, 2040 yılında %49 oranında azaltmayı hedeflemektedir.”

Tat Gıda has started the work necessary to set short and long-term targets in line with its sustainability strategy and aims to share the final status of these targets with the public in the coming periods. In parallel with Koç Holding’s targets, Tat Gıda aims to keep the ratio of female members on the Board of Directors at a minimum of 25% at all times in accordance with the Diversity Policy of the Board of Directors adopted in February 2022. At the same time, Tat Gıda is part of Koç Holding’s Carbon Transformation Program covering the following goals: "In line with the goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2050, Koç Holding aims to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 27% in 2030 and 49% in 2040 compared to the reference year of 2017."

Throughout 2022, sustainability managers focused on involving more internal stakeholders in active participation, and their hard work was effective, with rates of participation increasing every day. Within the Koç Group, the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) method is used in Koç Dialogue, the performance management system also used by Tat Gıda. With this method, employees determine goals and key results according to the company's goals and strategies, and dynamically adapt these goals as priorities change throughout the year. Within the scope of sustainability studies, Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions are regularly calculated and shared with the public in accordance with the Company's sustainability projects. Similarly, environmental indicators such as energy consumption, water usage, and waste are regularly monitored and reported. Tat Gıda's Scope 3 emissions are being calculated, and plans for the future include reporting them to the public and developing strategies to reduce them.

		D1. Sürdürülebilirlik alanındaki tedbirler ve stratejilerin belirlenmesinde menfaat sahiplerinin görüşlerine başvurulmuştur.	D1. The opinions of stakeholders have been sought in the determination of measures and strategies related to sustainability field.

Şirket, paydaş beklentilerinin yanı sıra çevresel, sosyal ve kurumsal yönetime ilişkin risk ve fırsatlarını belirlemek amacıyla 2021 yılında bir stratejik önceliklendirme analizi gerçekleştirmiştir. Hem her kıdem seviyesinden çalışanları içeren iç paydaşlar hem de akademi, sivil toplum, sektör dernekleri mensuplarıyla tedarikçileri, müşterileri ve yatırımcıları içeren dış paydaşlar bu çalışmaya dâhil edilmiştir.

In addition to stakeholder expectations, the Company conducted a strategic prioritization analysis in 2021 to determine its risks and opportunities related to environmental, social, and corporate governance. Both internal stakeholders, including employees at all seniority levels, and external stakeholders, including members of academia, civil society, industry associations, suppliers, customers and investors, were included in this study.
