Change of Name

Further to the announcements on 1 August and 3 September 2025, Tasty (AIM: TAST), the owner and operator of restaurants in the casual dining sector, announces that the application to change the name of the Company to Bow Street Group plc has been registered at Companies House with effect from 9 September 2025. 

Trading in the Company's ordinary shares under the new company name and new TIDM 'BOW' is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 10 September 2025.

The Company's ISIN (GB00B17MN067) and SEDOL (B17MN06) remain unchanged. The Company's Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) remains as 213800SGH7OLTZURQM14. To reflect its new name, the Company's website address (including the information required by AIM Rule 26) has been changed to www.bowstreetgroup.com.

Shareholder documents of title will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new share certificates to be issued will bear the new name, Bow Street Group plc.
