Restructuring Plan  - Update  

Tasty (AIM: TAST), the owner and operator of restaurants in the casual dining sector, announces the following update on the Company's restructuring plan (the "Restructuring Plan").

Further to the announcement on 3 May 2024, the Company confirms that the first Court hearing (the "Convening Hearing") was held on 10 May 2024. It was ordered and directed at the Convening Hearing that the seven meetings of Plan Creditors are to be convened for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving (with or without modification) the Restructuring Plan, and that these are to be held on 29 May 2024.

It was also confirmed at the Convening Hearing that the date for the second Court hearing to sanction the Restructuring Plan (the "Sanction Hearing") is to take place on 4 June 2024.
