Completion of Securities Consolidation
Tasman Resources Ltd (ASX:TAS) (“Tasman” or “the Company”) advises that the consolidation of securities of the Company on a 5-for-1 basis, as approved by shareholders at the General Meeting on 24 April 2025, is now complete.
The Company’s post-consolidation capital structure is as follows:
