ISSUE OF ORDINARY FULLY PAID SHARES AFTER EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

Issue of Shares

Tasman Resources NL ("the Company") announces that it has issued 1,570 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company. These shares were issued as a result of the exercise of 1,570 options (being part of the options currently on issue and which are exercisable on or before 31 December 2009) at the exercise price of 20 cents each raising \$314.00.
