ISSUE OF OPTIONS TO ACQUIRE ORDINARY FULLY PAID SHARES PURSUANT TO THE TASMAN RESOURCES EMPLOYEE SHARE OPTION PLAN
Tasman Resources NL ("the Company") announces that it has issued 600,000 options in the Company, free of charge, each to acquire one fully paid ordinary share in the Company ("the Options") as per the terms and conditions of the Company's Employee Share Option Plan and as set out below:

- The vesting dates for the Options are:
- as to 200,000 Options ("the First Vested Option"), 3 March 2005; $\mathbf{a}$
- $h$ as to 200,000 Options ("the Second Vested Options"), 3 March 2006; and
- as to 200,000 Options ("the Third Vested Options"), 3 March 2007. $\mathbf{c}$ .

- The Options may only be exercised as follows:
- as to the First Vested Options, at any time after 3 March 2005 and before 3 March 2006 (the $\mathbf{a}$ . "First Option Period"):
- as to the Second Vested Options, at any time after 3 March 2006 and before 3 March 2007 $h_{-}$ (the "Second Option Period"); and
- as to the Third Vested Options, at any time after 3 March 2007 and before 3 March 2008 $\mathbf{c}$ . (the "Third Option Period").

- The Options entitle the holder to subscribe (in respect of each Option held) for one ordinary share in the Company ("Share") at an exercise price per Option:
- as to the First Vested Options exercisable during the First Option Period of 20 cents per Option; $\mathbf{a}$ .
- $b1$ as to the Second Vested Options exercisable during the Second Option Period of 25 cents per Option; and
- as to the Third Vested Options exercisable during the Third Option Period of 30 cents per $\mathbf{c}$ . Option.
The Options were issued to Company Employees free of charge under the terms and conditions of the Employee Share Option Plan. Accordingly no funds were raised by the issue.
