Cleansing notice under section 708A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Tasman Resources Ltd (“the Company”) advises that it has today issued 68,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares to sophisticated and professional investors at an issue price of $0.0125 per share (“Placement Shares”). The Company provides notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“Act”) that:

1. the Placement Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations

Act;

1. as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with:

   • i. the provision of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

   • ii. section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

2. as at the date of this notice there is no excluded information required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
