Extension of Pro-Rata Non-Renounceable Rights Offer
Tasman Resources Ltd ( Tasman ) advise that they have resolved to extend the closing date for the current pro-rata non-renounceable pro-rata rights offer by 6 business days until 5:00pm WST on 2 August 2024. The timetable remains subject to Directors’ discretion to further extend the closing date and/or close the offer early.
