RESULTS OF PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS OFFER
The Pro-rata Non-renounceable Rights Offer (Offer) made to shareholders of Tasman Resources Ltd (“ Tasman ”) who were on the register as at 5.00pm 3 July 2024 pursuant to an offer dated 28 June 2024 (Offer Document) closed on 2 August 2024.
The final results of the Offer are as follows:

Accordingly, upon completion of issuing of the New Shares under the rights issue, the amount raised will be $370,322 (before payment of the expenses of the issue).
Per 2.13 of the Offer Document, the Directors reserve the right to place the balance of the remaining 620,088,965 shortfall shares within three months after the closing date of the Offer at a price which is not less than the price at which the Shares were offered under the Offer.
