RESULTS OF PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE

The non-renounceable pro-rata rights offer (Offer) made to shareholders of Tasman Resources Ltd (“ Tasman ”) who were on the register as at 5.00pm 9 February 2023 pursuant to an offer dated 13 February 2023 (Offer Document) closed on 10 March 2023.

The final results of the Offer are as follows:

Accordingly, upon completion of issuing of the New Shares under the rights issue, the amount raised will be $331,795 (before payment of the expenses of the issue).

Per 2.13 of the Offer Document, the Directors reserve the right to place the balance of the remaining 42,419,710 shortfall shares within three months after the closing date of the Offer at a price which is not less than the price at which the Shares were offered under the Offer.
