COMMITMENTS FOR PLACEMENT TO RAISE $4.8 MILLION COMPLETED

Tasman Resources Ltd (ASX:TAS)(Tasman) has agreed to raise A$4.8 million (the Placement ) (before expenses of the Offer) via placements to sophisticated and/or professional investors of an aggregate of 60,000,000 listed TAS Shares at an issue price of A$0.08 each together with 30,000,000 free attaching listed TASOE Options without disclosure pursuant to s708(8) and (11) of the Corporations Act (Cwth) 2001 and utilising Tasman’s placement capacity under Chapter 7.1 of the ASX Listing Rules.

The Placement is fully underwritten by 180 Markets Pty Ltd and Plutus Capital Advisory Pty Ltd which have jointly confirmed receipt of A$4.8 million in firm and binding commitments. 180 Markets Pty Ltd and Plutus Capital Advisory Pty Ltd will be paid a fee of 6% of the amount raised, together with one TASOE Option for every dollar raised (i.e. 4.8 million TASOE Options) which TASOE Options will be issued to them subject to Tasman shareholder approval being received at the next Tasman shareholders’ General Meeting.

The funds raised under the Placement will be used to fund one or more of the following:

• Future mineral exploration at Tasman’s exploration licences in South Australia;

• Supporting Tasman’s investments in Eden Innovations Ltd (ASX:EDE) and/or Conico Ltd (ASX:CNJ); and/or

• General working capital.
