PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE RESULTS

The non-renounceable pro-rata rights offer ( Offer ) made to shareholders of Tasman Resources Ltd ( Tasman ) who were on the register as at 5:00pm WST on 6 November 2020 pursuant to prospectus dated 2 November 2020 ( Prospectus ) closed on 30 November 2020, and the Company accepted the applications for the total number of securities (excluding the shortfall) as detailed below.

Tasman gives notice of the shortfall subscriptions for the Offer as follows:

The above figures are subject to none of the proceeds received by cheque being dishonoured between the time of this announcement and the allotment and issue of the New Shares and New Options.

Some shortfall applications were rejected in accordance with Section 2.12.1 of Prospectus and any excess application monies will be returned to investors.

Accordingly upon completion of issuing of the New Shares and New Options, the total amount raised will be $902,015 (before the payment of the expenses of the issue).
