PLACEMENT OF PORTION OF RIGHTS ISSUE SHORTFALL

Tasman has agreed to make a placement (the Placement ) of 4,000,000 Shares from the shortfall from the recently completed non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue ( Rights Issue ), at a price per Share of $0.042 (a 5% premium over the rights issue price under the rights issue) together with 2,000,000 free attaching TASOE Options, to a sophisticated investor, thereby raising an additional $168,000.

Accordingly upon completion of issuing this Placement, the total amount raised under the Rights Issue and the Placement will be $1,070,015 (before the payment of the expenses of the issue) and a total of 26,550,367 Shares and 13,275,244 TASOE Options will have been issued.
