TRADING HALT
The securities of Tasman Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 23 May 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

We request that a trading halt be placed on Tasman Resources Ltd shares and options pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising by Eden Energy Limited, to be lodged prior to the commencement of trading on Monday, 23 May 2016. Tasman is the major shareholder in Eden Energy Limited (ASX Code: EDE and EDEO).
Tasman Resources Ltd is not aware of any reason that a trading halt should not be granted.
