PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE TIMETABLE
As announced on 8 May and 18 May 2009, Tasman Resources Ltd ( Tasman ) is undertaking a nonrenouncable pro-rata rights offer (the Offer ). The Offer is being made to all Tasman shareholders who are on the register as at 5.00pm WST on 25 May 2009 (the Record Date ) and who have a registered address in Australia or New Zealand. The Offer is of one (1) fully paid ordinary Tasman share ( Share ) for every four (4) Shares held as at the Record Date, at a price of $0.02 per Share, together with one (1) free attaching Tasman option for every Share issued under the Offer (each to acquire one (1) Share at an exercise price of $0.10 per Share at any time up to and including 30 June 2012) ( Option ).
The Timetable for the Offer included in the announcement on 8 May 2009 and 18 May 2009 indicated that the securities would be quoted on a deferred settlement basis on 16 June 2009. To avoid any confusion, whilst the Shares will be quoted on a deferred settlement basis, as it is anticipated that the Options will remain unlisted, the options will not be quoted on a deferred settlement basis. As previously announced, at this stage it is anticipated the Options will remain unlisted, unless all necessary ASX conditions for listing of the Options are satisfied.
For clarification purposes, the timetable for the Offer is as follows:-
