AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT

23 June 2009

PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE

The Company announces that in relation to the pro-rata non-renounceable rights issue made under the offer document as per the announcement on 8 May 2009 that acceptances were received for a total of 20,532,421 shares raising a total of $410,648.42. This left a shortfall of 14,481,803 shares. The total number of shares to be issued, (subject to all monies being cleared) will be 20,532,421 together with 20,532,421 options to acquire shares exercisable at 10 cents at any time on or before 5.00pm WST on 30 June 2012.

The holding statements will be dispatched on 23 June 2009.
