ISSUE OF ORDINARY FULLY PAID SHARES AND OPTIONS CORRECTED NOTICE

Tasman Resources NL ("the Company") confirms that as a result of the completion of the Non-Renounceable Rights Issue as per the Prospectus dated 13 February 2007, it has today issued a total of 13,627,386 fully paid ordinary shares together with 6,813,825 free options (one option for every two shares applied for rounded up to the nearest whole number) to acquire one ordinary fully paid share (exercisable at 20 cents on or before 31 December 2009). The shares have been issued at an issue price of 16 cents per share raising a total of \$2,180,381.76.

The funds will be used as additional working capital to fund continued exploration and drilling on the Company's various mineral prospects in Australia.

This is to correct a typographical error on the notice lodged earlier today. The earlier notice showed the number of shares as 13,267,386.
