CORRECTION TO LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS - NON-RENOUNCEABLE PRORATA RIGHTS ISSUE

Further to the letter despatched to all shareholders on 27 September 2007 with regards to the nonrenounceable pro-rata rights issue, the reference in the timetable included in that letter to Securities being quoted on a deferred settlement basis should be ignored as there will be no deferred trading of the securities.

Set out below is an updated timetable for the non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue
