NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(e) CORPORATIONS ACT 2001

On 13 November 2007, Tasman Resources NL (“the Company”) issued 9,985,253 fully paid ordinary shares (“the Shares”) and 9,985,253 options (“the Options”) (exercisable at 20 cents on or before 5.00pm WST on 31 December 2009).

The Shares and Options are in classes of securities quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange Limited.

The Company gives this notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act.

The Company issued the Shares and Options without disclosure to investors under Part 6D of the Corporations Act.

The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

• (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

• (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information for the purposes of sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
