RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Tasman Resources Ltd wishes to advise that Mr Raymond Buscall, a Joint Company Secretary of the Company, has tendered his resignation as a secretary of the Company.
The board would like to thank Ray for the very significant and extremely valuable contribution and assistance he has provided to the Company during the last 18 years and express our very best wishes to Ray in his future endeavors.
Mr Aaron Gates who is the Company’s chief financial officer and was joint company secretary will continue as sole company secretary.
