Appointment of Director

The directors of Tasman Resources NL are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Graham R Bedford (F.R.A.I.A.) to the board as a non-executive director. Mr Bedford is the nominee of Top Energy Pty Ltd which recently took a placement of 16,806,722 shares in Tasman for the sum of \$2million.

Mr Bedford is an Australian Architect with over 30 years experience in development and management of many major Governmental and private building projects in Australia and overseas. Mr Bedford has also helped establish broad business links with key Chinese business and government enterprises including the resources and energy markets.
