Director Appointment and Resignation
The directors of Tasman Resources NL are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Douglas H. Solomon, a substantial shareholder in the Company, to the board as a non-executive director. Mr Solomon has over 20 years experience as a practising commercial lawyer who has twice previously acted as a director of a public mining company.
Mr Solomon will replace Mr Stanley Yeaman who has resigned as a director of the Company today to pursue other business interests.
The directors would like to thank Mr Yeaman for his contribution and efforts over the last two years and wish him the best in his future endeavours.
