TASEKO ANNOUnCES PDMR SHARE PURCHASE

December 19, 2019, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company")  announces it has been advised that Executives, John McManus, has purchased a total of 33,300 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average price of C$0.60 per share (approximately £0.35/share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange and Bryce Hamming has purchased a total of 50,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average price of C$0.58 per share (approximately £0.34/share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange
