TASEKO ANNOUnCES PDMR SHARE TRANSACTION

April 8, 2021, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company")  announces that one of its Executives, Brian Battison, has advised the Company that he exercised at total of 20,000 share options and sold a total of 20,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average price of C$2.44 per share (approximately £1.36/share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
