ADMISSION TO TRADING ON THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

November 19, 2020 - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, with the completion on November 17th, 2020 of the Company's previously announced bought deal offering and the exercise of the over-allotment to such offering (the "Offering"), the Company has made an application to admit 31,912,500 common shares to standard listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc. The 31,912,500 common shares issued pursuant to the Offering will be admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc at 8:00 am GMT on 20 November 2020.
