TASEKO ANNOUCES PDMR SHARE PURCHASE

August 20, 2020, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company")  announces that one of its Directors, Peter Mitchell, has advised the Company that he purchased a total of 10,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average price of US$0.823 per share (approximately £0.62/share) on the New York Stock Exchange.
