Mr. Ittai Ben Zeev, TASE CEO, exercised on 25.11.2024 4,250,000 warrants granted to him under a cashless mechanism. After the exercise of the warrants, Mr. Ben Zeev holds 3,418,843 ordinary shares of TASE, representing 3.57% of the issued share capital and the voting rights in TASE, and on a fully-diluted basis, his holdings represent 3.96% of the issued share capital and the voting rights in TASE. After the change, the issued and paid-up share capital of TASE consists of 106,062,350 ordinary shares, less 10,199,459 dormant shares (accordingly, the share capital authorized for trading is 95,862,891)
