Extension of Due Diligence period

Taruga Minerals Limited (ASX: TAR, Taruga or the Company ) wishes to advise of an extension to the due diligence period in respect of the Kamilombe and Mwilu projects. The mutually agreed extension is for 30 days from the successful signing of new title agreements currently under discussion between La Générale des Carrières et des Mines ( Gecamines ) and Mint-Master ( Title Agreements ).

It is anticipated that the Title Agreements will be executed in the coming weeks.
