Cleansing Notice – Option Conversion

Taruga Minerals Limited hereby notifies ASX under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act in relation to the issue of 4,375,000 shares issued on the exercise of options as set out in the Appendix 2A dated 9 August 2021.

The Company issued 4,375,000 shares following the exercise of options at $0.025 per share, without disclosure, under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act. The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

(a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed that is “excluded information” within the meaning of section 708A (7) and 708A (8) of the Corporations Act.

An Appendix 2A relating to the issue of shares has been lodged prior to this announcement.

This announcement was approved by the Board of Taruga Minerals Limited.
