David Chapman Appointed as Non-Executive Director

Taruga Minerals Ltd ( ASX:TAR , Taruga or the Company ) is pleased to announce that David Chapman has joined the Taruga Board of Directors as a non-executive director. Mr. Chapman is a Geologist and senior executive with over 35 years of international resource industry experience in diverse roles and commodities covering all aspects of the mining industry from exploration, operations and business development, through to feasibility studies, financing and construction. Most recently, David spent 5 years as the Managing Director of Australia’s leading geological consultancy firm, Southern Geoscience Consultants (SGC) and previously has held senior positions with Western Mining Corporation (WMC), including Chief Geologist and Technical Director, as well as being the Founding Director of multiple ASX listed explorers and producers.
