Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (Listing Regulations) notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 13th November, 2021, interalia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2021.
Further, please take note that, vide letter dated September 29, 2021, we have informed you about the closure of 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2021 up to the expiry of two days after the date of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2021.
