On November 18, 2025, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries Nordnet Livsforsikring AS and Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB, net bought 2,537,364 shares in Circio Holding ASA (ISIN NO0013033795).

After these transactions, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries, held a total of 7,207,255 shares in the company on a consolidated basis, representing 5.018% of the outstanding shares and votes in the company.

The ownership distribution among Nordnet AB (publ) subsidiaries is as follows:

Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB: 0,399%

Nordnet Livsforsikring AS: 4,619%
