Correction to the Press Release of January 21, 2025

Publication relating to a transparency notification

1. Summary of the notification

Winamp Group SA ("Winamp Group") announces that it received a transparency notification from Maxximum SRL, reference shareholder of Winamp Group controlled by Alexandre Saboundjian. This notification results from the capital increase through private placement carried out on January 09, 2026 for an amount of € 1,500,000.

Indeed, on January 19, 2026, Winamp Group published, in accordance with Article 15 of the Belgian Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, that it had carried out a capital increase by way of a private placement in the amount of €1,500,000. This transaction increased the Company's share capital from €31,109,119.10 to €32,609,119.10 through the issuance of 5,892,428 new ordinary shares at a subscription price of €0.254564 per share.

Following this capital increase, the total number of voting rights (i.e. the denominator), which serves as the basis for calculating threshold crossings, was consequently adjusted to 26,361,771.

As a reminder, for companies listed on Euronext Growth, the relevant shareholder threshold levels are: 25%, 30%, 50%, 75%, and 95%.

Accordingly, Maxximum SRL, has crossed above the 50% threshold of voting rights in Llama Group as of the date of the capital increase, and now holds 55.98%.
