Publication concerning a transparency disclosure

Pursuant to Article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings, AUDIOVALLEY SA is announcing that it received a transparency disclosure from Alexandre Saboundjian on 20 August 2020.

Alexandre Saboundjian informed it that following a compliance adjustment to an existing situation which was not the result of an acquisition of shares, both he and his company Maxximum SA now hold 55.57% of the voting rights. He has therefore surpassed the 50% ownership threshold.
