Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 23, 2021, Targa Resources Corp. (the “Company”) held a conference call in connection with its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2020 that were released to the public on February 18, 2021. Given the severe winter weather impacting the United States resulted in the Company’s conference call being held after the original release of the results, a transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
