1. To consider and approve audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31[st] March, 2020 and to take note of audited report thereon, as per IND-AS pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015;

2. To consider and approve the Audited Balance Sheet of the company for the financial year ended on 31[st] March, 2020 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on same date including the Audited Report thereon and Director’s Report & Annexure thereto.

3. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
