Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, We hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 14[th ] November, 2018 at S-105, Rajiv Gandhi Complex, Ekta Nagar, Kandivali (West}, Mumbai- 400067 at 2.00 p.m., to transact the business as given below:

1. To Consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30[th ] September, 2018 and to take note of Limited Review Report thereon, in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015;

2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the Trading Window would commence from 7th November, 2018 and will end 48 hours after the results are made available to public on November 14, 2018.
