Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A Part A of Schedule lll of said Regulations , we wish to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. on August 13, 2024, approved the appointment of Mrs. Preeti Sehgal (ACS number- A63610) as a Company Secretary and a Compliance officer w.e.f August 13, 2024,
The details as required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.
