Query: Financial results not signed by authorized signatory/ies.
Clarification: With respect to the above query, the company would like to clarify that in the reference to financial results submitted to the Exchange dated 14-Nov-2024:
The company's financial statements were previously signed by its Managing Director. However, following the resignation of the Managing Director, effective 30/09/2024, a vacancy was created on the board, resulting in the absence of an authorized signatory for the financial results. Consequently, the board has authorized any Director to sign the financial statements on behalf of the company until a new Managing Director is appointed. A copy of the board resolution is attached for your records.
