• 1. Appointment of M/s. Bhuwnesh Bansal & associates, practicing company Secretaries, (Membership No.:65261 COP.: 9089), as the Secretarial Auditor of the company for the year 2023-2024.
• 1. To appoint Internal Auditor of the company for the year 2023-2024.
• 1. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chairman of the meeting.
