Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, We hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 13[th ] May, 2019 at S-105, Rajiv Gandhi Complex, Ekta Nagar, Kandivali (West), Mumbai- 400067 at 3.00 p.m., to transact the business as given below:

1. To consider and approve audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31 [st ] March, 2019 and to take note of audited report thereon, in terms of regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015;

2. To consider and approve the Audited Balance Sheet of the company for the financial year ended on 31 [st ] March, 2019 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on same date including the Audited Report thereon and Director's Report & Annexure thereto.

3. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the Trading Window would commence from 04 [th ] May, 2019 and will end 48 hours after the results are made available to public on May 13, 2019 . .
