Sub: Book Closure notice And 30[th ] AGM date

• A} BOOK CLOSURE: This is to inform you that Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Monday 24[th ] September, 2018 to Saturday 29[th ] September, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company.

• B) AGM DATE: The 30[th ] Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been scheduled to be held on Saturday, 29[th ] September, 2018 at 10.00 a.m. at 1[st ] Floor, Landmark Building, Mith Chowky, Link Road, Malad - West, Mumbai - 400 064, Maharashtra.

• C) CUT OFF DATE: Further Saturday 22[nd ] September, 2018 has been fixed as the cut off date for the purpose of offering E-voting facility to the members of the Company in respect of the business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

• D) E-VOTING PERIOD: The Company has provided electronic voting (e-voting) facility to the members through electronic voting platform of National Securities Depositories Limited (NSDL). Further, the remote e-voting period will commence on Wednesday 26[th ] September, 2018 (9.00 a.m. 1ST) and ends on Friday 28[th ] September, 2018 (5.00 p.m. 1ST).

The Copy of Annual report for the Financial Year 2017-18 along with the notice of calling 30[th ] Annual General Meeting will be sent in due course.
