On May 7, 2026, Tapestry, Inc. (“Tapestry” or the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) in which the Company announced its financial results for its third fiscal quarter ended March 28, 2026. The Company also posted a slide presentation entitled “Investor Presentation” dated May 7, 2026 on the “Presentations & Financial Reports” investor section of its website ( www.tapestry.com ). A copy of the Press Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
