Additional Explanations
Within the scope of our company's registered capital ceiling of 2,000,000,000 TL, the procedures for increasing the issued capital of 218,499,097 TL to 400,000,000 TL, to be covered by the 2024 period profit, have been completed. The new form of Article 6 of our company's Articles of Association, titled "CAPITAL AND TYPE AND TRANSFER OF SHARES" has been registered by the Izmir Trade Registry Directorate on 23.09.2025 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 26.09.2025 and numbered 11424.
In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
