The “ Relevant Date ” as mentioned in the EGM Notice should be read as 17[th] August, 2018 instead of 14[th] August, 2018 for all relevant purposes.

This Corrigendum should be read in continuation of and in conjunction with Notice of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting sent to the Shareholders.
