In continuation to our earlier intimation dated April 24, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we hereby inform the Stock Exchange(s) that, the Regional Director, South East Region - Hyderabad (‘RD’) has issued confirmation order dated November 24, 2025 approving Scheme of Arrangement for merger of Gamooga with Karix. The order has been received by the Transferor & Transferee Companies on November 27, 2025. The said copy of the Order is enclosed.

The Appointed Date of the said merger is April 1, 2025 and the Effective Date is November 27, 2025.
