This is to inform the Exchange(s) that pursuant to special resolution passed by the members of the Company under pursuant to Section 62, read with Section 42, and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, on September 17, 2018 and in- principle approvals received from NSE and BSE on September 21, 2018 and September 24, 2018 respectively, 79,50,858 Warrants have been allotted to the Promoters of the Company on October 08, 2018, for which the approval of the Board of Directors through Resolution by Circulation under Section 175 of Companies Act, 2013 is obtained on October 08, 2018.
