Directorate Change

The Company announces that Jon Pither has decided to step down from the Board with immediate effect and he has resigned his position as a director of the Company.

Daryn Robinson, acting Chairman of Tanfield commented "Jon was first appointed to the Board as Chairman in October 2000 and helped guide the Company through the process of listing on AIM and the early stages of growth. In 2006 he stepped down from the Board but following the difficult times after the global financial crisis was re-appointed to the Board in 2009 where he continued to serve as Chairman until the present day.  The Board thank Jon for his long service and commitment to Tanfield and wish him all the best for the future."
